We usually hope to process and despatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them (bearing in mind that we don't work weekends (well not unless we absolutely have to!). But occasionally we may take longer than this to get your order away to you (if we are exceptionally busy for example, or if a book runs out of stock). For this reason we do quote 'please allow 28 days for delivery.

We would never expect to take this long, but we do need to let you know that it could happen.
