Under 25s Should be Barred from Voting

The human brain isn’t properly developed until the age of 25.
And so, clearly, under 25s should not be entitled to vote.
It’s no wonder so many youngsters voted to Remain in the EU.
(The brain washing they received at school didn’t help, of course.)
