Guns, guns, guns
Vernon

Approximately 30,000 Americans are killed each year by guns.
The people firing the guns are other Americans.
When 32 Americans were
killed in one go by a slightly more deranged than usual American, the answer,
according to representativeS of the gun, bullet and coffin lobby was to make
guns more available so that ordinary people could shoot the people who were
intending to kill people.
The odd thing is that Americans think that
other countries are more dangerous than America. Whenever there is a minor
crisis anywhere else in the world the relatively few Americans who ever dare set
foot outside their nation lock up their passports, cancel their airline tickets
and stay at home.
After a considerable amount of thought I have decided
that I am in favour of guns. I want some. But I don't want other people to have
them.
