Take Scotland independent.
Leave the Union.
Please.
Or was it just all talk?
Do you and your Scottish chums really have the bottle?
Can you arrange it by Wednesday?
Earlier would suit us fine.
And as a special incentive, England will pay for the border fences to stop Scots streaming southwards.

P.S. You do realise, don't you, that just leaving the Union won't make you independent? Scotland, like the rest of the United Kingdom, is part of the European Union. Indeed, Scotland is an EU region. And if Scotland leaves the UK it will still be exactly that: an EU region. The ONLY difference will be that Scotland will have to get by without the huge financial subsidies it currently gets from an overgenerous England.
