Relax By Creating Your All Own Time Favourite Ever Week
Do ever feel tired, weary or
fed up? Do you ever worry? Do you ever feel nervy or apprehensive? Do you find
it difficult to relax? Do you ever feel that life is getting you down?
If you've answered "Yes" to any of these questions (and to be honest
I'll be surprised if you haven't!) then I've got a simple but effective mental
exercise that you can try.
Every doctor in the world agrees that some
physical exercise is an essential part of a healthy life. And there are hundreds
of exercise programmes and videos designed to show you how to exercise safely
and effectively. But most people ignore their minds - they don't give them any
useful exercise at all.
And yet the right mental exercise can work
wonders - and help you conquer anxiety and mild depression.
years, researchers all around the world have shown that if you replace unhappy
feelings and miserable memories with good feelings and good memories you can
make yourself feel much better.
By focusing on good memories and happy
thoughts you can:
* improve your physical and mental strength

Here is what you do.
Find yourself a
notebook and a pencil - and a quiet spot.
Then think back and decide which

the joy, the warmth, the happiness.
The really strange thing about this
