Don’t Wash Out Cans and Bottles Destined for the Recycling Bin

Any council which tells citizens to wash out tins and cartons before putting them out for recycling is being run by idiots.
The fact is that water is now in dramatically short supply. It is no coincidence that bottled water is now more expensive than petrol or diesel.
If your local council tells you to wash out cans, bottles and cartons please contact them and remind them that millions of people are dying of thirst. And that Britain is facing a serious water shortage.
