Spies, Computers and Banks

Dr Vernon Coleman MB ChB DSc FRSA

The spies now have computers that can listen to telephone conversations and pick out individual words which suggest that the speaker may be a BAD person.

So, for example, if you use words such as borborygmy, crapulous or gallimaufry you are likely to have Special Branch taking a battering ram to your door at 4.00 am.

But Iím puzzled.

If the spies have computers that can pick out specific words, why is it that the computer my bank uses when I phone up canít even recognise the word `YESí?

Just curious.
